2024/11/24: Protein's binding sites could be predicted with template from PDB database.
2024/11/06: New version mTM-server is online!
2024/10/24: More database is supported by mTM-align server. Scope40, CATH40, BFVD, and AlphaFold database is deployed.
2024/09/14: The protein structure search module is optimized. High-speed search is supported.
2018/08/11: A new section "Structure-based phylogenetic tree" was added in the output of multiple structure alignment.
2018/07/27: The pairwise superimposed structures and the distance matrix were added in the output of the standalone mTM-align package. The distance matrix can be used as input of the PHYLIP pacakge to draw a phylogenetic tree.
2018/05/07: The article for mTM-align server was accepted to Nucleic Acids Research. Congrats!
2018/04/28: New options were added in the submission page: PDB IDs, SCOP IDs, Files in mmCIF format, and selction of database.
2018/03/28: The pairwise RMSD and TM-score for alignments were output (in files pairwise_rmsd.txt and pairwise_TMscore.txt) in both the standalone and the web server versions of mTM-align.
2018/03/03: The superimposed structures in the common core regions were provided (filename cc.pdb) in the standalone mTM-align package.
2018/01/25: To increase the coverage of the database search, two versions of structure databases were included for database search: one for chain and the other for domain, which will be searched for input of multi-domain and single-domain structure, respectively.
2017/12/31: The mTM-align server was extended to include a new module for fast structure database search. After the search is done, an automated multiple protein structure alignment will be generated with the structure templates detected.
2017/12/20: The mTM-align manuscript for multiple protein structure alignment was accepted to Bioinformatics. Congrats!
2017/07/29: The mTM-align server for multiple protein structure alignment was set up. A standalone package with source codes is also available for download.
