The RNAthreader server is a web-based platform for RNA threading.
Workflow of RNAthreader
The flowchart of RNAthreader is presented in Figure 1. It consists of two main steps. First, it extracts all the nucleotides forming base pairs and performs their alignments. Second, it generates the final alignment based on the sequence profile and the secondary structure alignment result.
