Introduction

RNAthreader is a threading method for RNA structure prediction. A two step-approach is applied in RNAthreader. In the first step, integer programming and dynamic programming are used together to generate an initial alignment for the simplified diagram. In the second step, the final alignment is obtained based on dynamic programming, guided by the initial alignment from the first step. Read more about RNAthreader...
