APOD

Introduction

Disordered flexible linkers (DFL) are an important functional elements of intrinsic disorder. APOD predicts DFL based on the sequence conservation, predicted structural properties and disorder information. The integration of all considered features, especially the introducing of the chain-level feature disorder content, can lead to the accurate prediction, achieving 0.81 AUC and 0.42 MCC on the independent test set.
